What to Expect
Session Consultation
For both Yoga and Massage Therapy, we will spend about 5-10 minutes prior to each session discussing your goals, concerns, pressure preferences, likes and dislikes, areas of focus, and any relevant medical history.
Please have all intake paperwork completed beforehand and be prepared to update me on any new injuries, medications, or areas of concern since your last session. This ensures your session is safe, personalized, and fully aligned with your needs.
✣
Confidentiality & Privacy
All information you share with me—medical, personal, or otherwise—is fully confidential. I am required by law to comply with HIPAA regulations, ensuring your privacy and the security of your records.
This allows you to share openly and safely, so each session can be personalized to your needs without concern.
✣
Mobile Sessions & Space Requirements
Both massage and yoga are completely mobile, coming directly to your home.
All you need is a small, clear space:
Massage: 7x9 feet
Yoga: 6x6 feet

Equipment Recommendations
Massage: I bring everything, unless you want to provide your own table and twin sheets for the $15 discount.
Yoga: Provide your own mat and bolster if possible; I can provide blocks, straps, and mats (for up to 10 participants) upon request.
For more recommendations, see Tools I Love

Bring Your Own Table Discount
Clients who provide their own massage table and twin sheets receive $15 off per session.
The first session will be full price, as I bring my own equipment to ensure your table is suitable for massage.
After the first session, once your table is approved, future sessions can qualify for the discount.
For recommendations on tables, linens, and other tools I use and love, check out Tools I Love.
I do not offer additional discounts for providing your own lotion, essential oils or other massage related products, but I am open to using what you have as long as it does not disrupt the quality of my service.

Topical Analgesics / Pain-Relief Products
If you’d like me to use CBD or other pain-relief topicals during your session, please provide these products yourself. I’m happy to apply them as part of your massage, but I do not supply these items.

Session Details & Approach
Massage Therapy: Customized to your needs using Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, and other modalities, such as cupping and post-care instructions.
A note on Cupping: Cupping is not part of every session but can be helpful in certain situations to relieve tension, improve circulation and improve movement in the fascia.
When used, there is no additional charge.
I do not offer full cupping-only sessions at this time.
Clients are always welcome to decline cupping if they prefer.
✣
Private Yoga: Dynamic, mindful movement with a focus on breath, body alignment, strength, stability, healthy flexibility and somatic awareness.
I focus solely on the physical benefits of yoga. I do not teach spiritual practice.
Each session is tailored to your goals, whether you’re practicing solo or with a small group.

Pets in the Home
I love animals, but for safety, focus, and comfort during your session, pets should ideally be kept out of the room where your session takes place.
If possible, place pets in another room or area where they won’t interrupt your session. This helps ensure your massage or yoga practice is safe, relaxing, and uninterrupted.
I understand pets can be curious or anxious, so if this isn’t possible, please let me know ahead of time so we can plan for a smooth session.
